How can counseling help me?

Counseling can assist you in finding resolutions for important issues or concerns you may be having. Counseling can be instrumental in helping you put together missing or broken pieces in your life. Counseling is great way to help you explore and process different emotional or behavioral troubles. 

What should I expect from counseling?

You can expect a quality, confidential, trusting therapeutic relationship between you and your therapist. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe in our office. Therapy is team effort and you are an important active member of the team. Unfortunately, Counseling is not a quick fix to problems, rather it is an interactive process. You are welcome to be candid and honest with your therapist.

How do I set up an appointment?

It is quite easy to schedule or set up a consultation. Your therapist will work hard to accommodate your schedule and be as flexible as possible. This phone consultation will only take a few minutes of your time.

Can someone else join me in the counseling session?

Yes. Hope and Healing Counseling Center offers family, group and couples counseling. If you agree or consent to another individual(s) participating in therapy, we are more than happy to accommodate. However, please be advise that your therapist may recommend that your treatment be individual apart from those individuals that you want to participate. 

Is counseling Private?

Yes. Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us. Your sessions are held in a private therapy room. In addition, your records and therapy notes are safely secured a locked space. Your identity, personal information and/or records are not disclose without your written consent. 

Is Counseling Affordable?

Hope and Healing Counseling Center offers sliding scale fees. These reduced rates are based upon income. Your emotional well being is very important to us and we want to do our best to help.
